Plastic waste and scrap are used in reduced size by rotating and fixed blades. Due to the rotor type, blade arrangement and sieve type selected according to the type and type of plastic material to be broken, all plastic materials are working with high efficiency.

Thanks to insulated bearings that are seated outside of the crushing chamber, it is possible to crush water. The heavy-duty bearings used easily meet breaking shocks.

Anti-wear protection can be applied to the crushing chamber against abrasive effects of plastics. It is manufactured from special alloy steel material and has low operating cost thanks to the fixed and rotary knives which enable multi use. Different types of sieves are produced according to the type of material to be processed and special alloy sieve material is used considering the abrasive effects of the material.

According to the type of material to be shredded, it is manufactured as a coil or fan. Every point of the crushing machine is easily accessible for maintenance and cleaning. Safety switches provide maximum work safety during maintenance and cleaning.
